What we print
Clips, brackets & housing parts
Knobs, handles & covers
Adapters, connectors & guides
Heat-resistant parts, up to over 200°C depending on the material
We print plastic spare parts: brackets and clips, adapters and housing parts, right up to functional parts under mechanical load. Depending on the requirements we use heat-resistant or particularly sturdy materials. Not suitable for: safety-critical or load-bearing structural parts, parts in contact with food, or medical applications. If in doubt, just ask. The feasibility check is free.
Usually 3 to 5 working days from approval, including 3D modelling, printing and shipping. Simple parts often arrive sooner. For more complex parts we let you know the delivery time in advance.
Very sturdy. PETG is impact- and chemical-resistant and suited to parts under mechanical load. PLA is ideal for static components and decorative pieces. We choose the right material for the job and advise you on it.
Then we print it again for free. If the part still doesn’t fit on the second attempt, we refund the full amount. No risk for you. That is our satisfaction guarantee.
No. 2 to 3 photos and a short description are plenty. The most helpful are one with a ruler next to the part and one of the counterpart. If you have a 3D model or a drawing we gladly take it, but it is not a requirement. Modelling is included in our price.
Yes, across Switzerland, shipping included. In the Zurich / north-eastern Switzerland region you can also collect in person.

Start-up terms
Last updated: 29 April 2026 · General terms and conditions
This English version is provided for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
1. First things first: who we are
Teilfix is a young Swiss start-up. We are small, honest and work with passion. That means flexible solutions and direct communication, but also that we do not have the resources of a large corporation. These terms set out fairly what you can expect from us and what you cannot.
2. Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by Oliver Flori, trading as «Teilfix», Kohlgrubenweg 1, 5436 Würenlos. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms. Deviating terms of the customer apply only with express written consent.
3. Services
Within its three pillars, Teilfix offers:
Spare parts: modelling and 3D printing of spare parts that are no longer available.
3D models: printing of 3D models supplied by the customer (STL, STEP or similar).
Custom-made pieces: individual development and manufacture to the customer’s wishes (figurines, brackets, decorative items, special parts).
The exact scope of services results from the respective quote. We reserve the right to decline orders without giving reasons, in particular if they are technically unfeasible, legally questionable or ethically dubious.
Teilfix is in an early stage as a company. Processes, prices and the product range may evolve.
3D-printed parts are by nature prototypes or small-batch products. They are not industrially tested original parts and may vary slightly in strength, surface finish and colour.
Permanent availability of specific materials, colours or services cannot be guaranteed.
Suitability check by the customer: the final assessment of whether a delivered part is suitable for its specific intended use lies with the customer. Particularly for commercial or professional applications, it is assumed that the customer has the expertise to check the suitability of the part for their use case before deployment. Teilfix accepts no liability for damage resulting from use in unsuitable applications.
5. Quote and conclusion of contract
The feasibility check and the quote are free of charge and non-binding.
A contract is only concluded once the customer confirms the quote in writing (by email, WhatsApp or form).
Incorporation of these terms: these start-up terms are an integral part of every contract. They are linked in every quote and are deemed accepted upon confirmation of the quote. B2B customers are assumed to be familiar with customary business terms.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
For complex custom-made pieces we may require a deposit (usually 30–50 %) before production starts.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including any applicable VAT.
Payment is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice unless agreed otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown separately in the quote.
In the event of late payment, reminder fees and default interest may be charged in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations.
7. Delivery, deadlines & shipping
Delivery times stated in quotes are indicative and begin once the order is placed and all necessary documents/data have been received.
As a small business, delays may occur due to high workload, machine failure or material shortages. We communicate these proactively; claims for damages arising purely from a postponed deadline are excluded.
Shipping is at the customer’s cost and risk unless agreed otherwise. Collection in the Zurich region is possible by arrangement.
8. Satisfaction guarantee
If the delivered part does not meet the specifications agreed in the quote, we produce a new part free of charge or refund the purchase price. This guarantee covers conformity with the agreed specification only and does not constitute any further liability. In particular, no consequential or financial losses are compensated; the provisions in section 10 apply. Complaints must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt and must be documented comprehensibly (e.g. photos).
9. Warranty: what we promise
We warrant that the part conforms to the agreed quote to the best state of manufacturing.
Manufacturing tolerances (typically ± 0.3 mm for FDM, finer for resin) do not constitute a defect.
The statutory warranty for consumers under the Swiss Code of Obligations remains unaffected.
10. Limitation of liability: important, please read
Maximum liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the respective order.
Excluded are indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, data loss, production downtime and non-material damage, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
Not suitable for safety-critical applications: 3D-printed parts must not be used in or for:
structural or load-bearing components (cars, bicycles, helmets, climbing, ladders etc.)
medical or pharmaceutical applications
food contact (unless expressly confirmed with food-safe material)
applications with temperatures outside the limits specified for the chosen material (PLA up to approx. 60 °C, PETG up to approx. 75 °C, high-temperature materials such as ASA, PC, PPS-CF according to their data sheets). The choice of material must be agreed bindingly when the order is placed.
electrical or electronic safety functions, including control and switching components with safety relevance
heating, fire or explosion protection areas, unless expressly agreed with certified material and a clear functional delimitation
children’s toys within the meaning of product safety legislation
Pure operating elements and passive components (e.g. knobs, covers, handles, brackets) are not considered safety-critical components provided they do not fulfil an independent safety function. Responsibility for suitability within the overall system remains with the customer.
B2B orders / commercial customers: commercial customers are assumed to have the expertise to check delivered parts for suitability in their end application. Responsibility for correct integration and functional testing within the overall system lies entirely with the commercial customer.
If the customer uses parts in unsuitable areas, this is entirely at their own responsibility and risk. Any liability in this respect is excluded.
We are not liable for errors in data supplied by the customer (STL, dimensions, specifications). The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their specifications.
11. Intellectual property & third-party rights
The customer confirms that they are entitled to have the submitted parts/designs reproduced and that no trademark, copyright, design or patent rights of third parties are infringed.
We decline orders where an infringement of intellectual property rights is suspected (e.g. protected characters, logos, weapon replicas).
The customer indemnifies Teilfix against all third-party claims arising from the infringement of such rights through their order.
3D models created by us remain the property of Teilfix; the customer receives a simple right of use for the agreed purpose unless agreed otherwise.
12. Cancellation & returns
Free cancellation is possible as long as production has not yet started.
Once production has started, the costs incurred up to that point are invoiced.
For individually manufactured parts (custom-made pieces, customer-specific spare parts, submitted 3D models) there is no statutory right of return, as these are bespoke items.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure (natural events, strikes, power outages, pandemics, official measures, failure of critical suppliers). We inform the customer without delay and agree on a fair solution.
14. Confidentiality
We treat data, designs and information provided by the customer confidentially and use them exclusively to fulfil the order. Publication in our portfolio (e.g. project gallery) only takes place with express consent.
As a start-up we keep evolving. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. For existing orders, the version in force at the time the order was placed applies.
17. Severability
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the intended economic purpose.
18. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Baden AG, unless another place of jurisdiction is mandatory.
