The Google tag (gtag.js) is loaded and sets a cookie (_gcl_au) to recognise whether a visitor arrived via a Google ad and whether a request resulted from it. Teilfix is a young Swiss start-up. We are small, honest and work with passion. That means flexible solutions and direct communication, but also that we do not have the resources of a large corporation. These terms set out fairly what you can expect from us and what you cannot.
These terms apply to all services provided by Oliver Flori, trading as «Teilfix», Kohlgrubenweg 1, 5436 Würenlos. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms. Deviating terms of the customer apply only with express written consent.
Within its three pillars, Teilfix offers:
The exact scope of services results from the respective quote. We reserve the right to decline orders without giving reasons, in particular if they are technically unfeasible, legally questionable or ethically dubious.
If the delivered part does not meet the specifications agreed in the quote, we produce a new part free of charge or refund the purchase price. This guarantee covers conformity with the agreed specification only and does not constitute any further liability. In particular, no consequential or financial losses are compensated; the provisions in section 10 apply. Complaints must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt and must be documented comprehensibly (e.g. photos).
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure (natural events, strikes, power outages, pandemics, official measures, failure of critical suppliers). We inform the customer without delay and agree on a fair solution.
We treat data, designs and information provided by the customer confidentially and use them exclusively to fulfil the order. Publication in our portfolio (e.g. project gallery) only takes place with express consent.
Our separate privacy policy applies.
As a start-up we keep evolving. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. For existing orders, the version in force at the time the order was placed applies.
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the intended economic purpose.
Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Baden AG, unless another place of jurisdiction is mandatory.
With your consent we see, anonymously, how our site is used so we can improve the process and the request form for you. We use Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity. More in our privacy policy.
